Like every school camp you went before, there are certain rules and regulations we need to follow!
So, very simple..

STEP 1

Download e Indemnity & Medical Form,
Fill it all up &
Dig out $15 for Camp Fee.
STEP 2 
Submit e 2 forms &
Pay $15 Camp Fee to
SAA (One level above TP's Bookshop) from
12th to 14th Dec 2011 (Monday - Wednesday ONLY),
9am to 6pm, ONLY!
STEP 3
DONE!

Most of you might be wondering why is e Camp Fee $15?!
Don't worry, we're not cheating your precious Kachings!
Reason being:
Our Training Camp's 3Day1Night,
So e $15 includes: 1 Breakfast, 2 Lunch, 2 Dinner & 1 Supper!
And they won't be e same! :D
